By accessing or using TutorSansar you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users of TutorSansar, including students, parents, tutors, and any other visitors.

TutorSansar is an online platform that connects students and parents with qualified tutors across Nepal. Our services include:

• Tutor-student matching based on subject, grade level, location, schedule, and budget
• A relay-based request system where tutors receive and respond to tutoring requests within a 10-hour window
• Verified tutor profiles with subject expertise, qualifications, and student reviews
• Communication tools to facilitate the tutoring relationship

You must be at least 13 years of age to use TutorSansar. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to create an account.

Tutors must be at least 18 years old and must successfully complete our identity and qualification verification process before appearing in student matches.

To access certain features of TutorSansar you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information as needed
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Tutors on TutorSansar agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about qualifications, experience, and subjects taught
• Respond to tutoring requests within the specified 10-hour relay window
• Conduct sessions professionally and in accordance with agreed schedules
• Not solicit students outside TutorSansar to circumvent the platform's fee structure
• Comply with all applicable laws and educational regulations in Nepal

TutorSansar reserves the right to remove any tutor from the platform for violation of these obligations, at our sole discretion.

Students and parents using TutorSansar agree to:

• Provide accurate information about learning needs, grade level, location, and schedule
• Treat tutors with respect and professionalism at all times
• Honour confirmed tutoring sessions or provide reasonable advance notice of cancellations
• Make payments for tutoring services as agreed with the tutor

TutorSansar may charge service fees for use of the platform. Any fees will be disclosed clearly before a transaction is completed.

Tutor rates are set by individual tutors and displayed on their profiles. Payment terms for tutoring sessions are agreed directly between the student/parent and the tutor.

TutorSansar is not responsible for payment disputes between students and tutors. We encourage all parties to agree on payment terms before sessions begin.

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to bypass the relay system or the platform's fee structure
• Sharing another user's personal information without consent
• Using automated bots or scripts to access or scrape the platform
• Impersonating another person or entity

All content on TutorSansar, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by TutorSansar or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission from TutorSansar.

TutorSansar acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality of tutoring sessions, the conduct of tutors or students, or the outcome of the student-tutor relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutorSansar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform.

TutorSansar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TutorSansar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

TutorSansar may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of TutorSansar after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
